Spelling books went home today and this week's homework is due on Monday January 24, 2011.
We will be attending a presentation on "Winter Animals" tomorrow. Puppeteer, Gail Gregory, will use puppets, songs, movement, and animal pelts to teach us how animals adapt to winter. Today we discussed and organized pictures of animals that hibernate, migrate and stay awake in winter.
Parents -- ask your son / daughter about the winter animals below and discuss whether they hibernate, migrate or stay awake. This will help further prepare them for tomorrow's presentation.
